Blazer Bear began with 4 humble Bears made from 4 neglected school Blazers. Since then Blazer Bears have been made from many school uniforms, clubs, ballet schools, first baby clothes and an assortment of other memorable items of clothing, as far ranging as a 1940s RAF jacket and an ex Lions player’s rugby shirt.
Blazer Bears are wonderful bespoke and handmade keepsake bears made from old school uniforms or any memorable clothing. They make the perfect school leavers' gift.
- Each Bear is handmade by us from what you supply.
- Please don’t worry if you feel your Blazer or garment is not in good enough condition; even the most worn fabrics make up the most lovely Blazer Bears.
- Each Bear sits approximately 40cm (16”) tall and has an arm span of around 48cm (19”)
- The bears are stuffed with a soft non-allergenic polyester fibre. This stuffing complies with all the cleanliness, fire safety and standards required for a toy stuffing.
Due to recycling of buttons for eyes, Blazers Bears shouldn’t be considered a toy and are not suitable for children under the age of 3.
Each large Blazer Bear is handmade and bespoke and costs £58 + £5.50 p&p. We also make a smaller bear for group orders of 10 or more. These cost £30 + £5.50 p&p but the design require to be the same for each bear. They can be made from all sorts of material but a blazer pocket cannot be included due to its size. However other badges and name tag can all be added.
