Having studied in the UK and internationally Abigail is highly qualified in many forms of therapy and dedicated to continued learning in techniques and healing modalities, all of which have enabled her to develop her unique, natural therapy methods. Abigail has become famous for her healing hands, along side the ability to combine nature with science and technology, building a reputation as both one of the UK's top facialists and a natural health and beauty expert.

The AJ method is a 360 approach incorporating nature, wellbeing, science and advanced technology. Abigail is able to rejuvenate faces, calm the mind and de-stress the body. With an expansive bank of skills Abigail creates unique therapies that have earned her the accolade of having ‘healing hands’. Dedicated to delivering healthy, radiant skin makes her combined approach in high demand and has become a wellness lifestyle.

Abigail practices around the world, with a base in London, while also lecturing, consulting and being resident skincare specialist on a number of health and detox retreats.​

Today Abigail is Global treatment Ambassador for multi award winning skincare brand Liz Earle, a judge on a number of  Beauty Award Panels such as InStyle and Cosmopolitan and can be found backstage at Fashion Week prepping the models skin for the catwalk.
