Founded in 1899, Raoul is the oldest wig-making company and shop making men’s and ladies’ wigs in London and the UK and we are proud of our credentials, heritage and tradition and the fact that we are recognized in the industry for providing an up-to–the minute complete hair enhancement service.

Raoul was the first wigmaker to offer wigs through the NHS in 1949 and we remain proud to serve the NHS and its hair loss patients. Today our London wig shop and men’s and ladies’ wigs services go far beyond the expert; skilled wig-making that has not only made us famous, but the first choice for acrylic and human hair wigs and stylish headwear.

Our services extend beyond those of a typical hair salon or wig supplier. We assess and respect the individual needs and dignity of each customer, whether they are experiencing issues with the health of their hair, are undergoing medical treatments that are causing hair loss, or if they just want to discover new ways to enhance and add beauty to their hair. In the case of medically caused hair loss, we can even make wigs from a customer’s own donated hair. We guide our customers sensitively and expertly through all the choices.
