An exciting alternative to traditional ice-cream, we offer each of our beautiful customers a truly bespoke, ‘create your own’ ice-cream experience, made possible by our amazing invention the “CryoMixer" , which flash freezes an individual portion of ice-cream in just 30 seconds. This not only makes bespoke made ice-cream possible, it is scientifically proven to result in the formation of smaller ice- crystals, producing a smoother texture to both our ice-creams and sorbets.
As each and every ice-cream is made to order, we use fresh ingredients with no preservatives or chemicals added. Simply choose between an ice-cream, yoghurt or sorbet base and select your favourites from our larder of fresh and seasonal ingredients then watch as we churn & freeze them in a spectacular theatre of nitrogen mist, right in front of your very eyes.
Getting married, celebrating a milestone or planning a house party, our private hire service guarantees to add a touch of magic to your event. Whether you are feeling fruity or spicy, bitter or sweet, we can create a wonderfully delicious frozen treat just for you, and you and you. And if it’s time to party, why not try our liquid nitrogen cocktail bar!

We are also delighted to have won a very prestigious Great Taste award for our Organic Lemon & Elderflower sorbet in 2013.
