Sarah is a stickler for quality and only uses the freshest, seasonal produce. She is also a great advocate of local food and wherever possible, will work with local producers to turn their raw materials into food wonders.

Sarah is the grand doyenne of catering to the stars and has worked with everyone from Radiohead to George Michael via Bob Dylan and The Prodigy.
