Timothy Everest

Bespoke tailoring

In offering a truly unique experience, the Timothy Everest bespoke process is carried out at either the Mayfair Flagship, located on the historic site of Bruton Place or a discreet 18th Century Georgian townhouse in a quiet side street in Spitalfields, London. One can feel at ease to discuss individual sartorial needs over a cup of tea, flute of champagne, tumbler of whisky or whatever takes your fancy.

A bespoke garment from Timothy Everest is designed and made exclusively for the individual client in question. With our guidance the client can select a desired style, cloth, trims and garment internal details ultimately creating their own individual look.

Everest’s dedication to his craft was recognised by Her Majesty the Queen in 2010, when he was awarded the MBE for services to tailoring. His apprenticeship with Tommy Nutter (the legendary iconoclastic tailor to the Beatles and Rolling Stones in the 60s and 70s) left him equivocal about the stuffiness of Savile Row, but passionate about its peerless standards of craftsmanship.

As an alternative to our Bespoke Atelier or Mayfair store, fittings may take place at the location of your convenience. Our tailors travel internationally in order to suit the schedules of our busy clientele and make regular stop-overs in New York, LA and Tokyo.
